摘要
针对电弧炉扩容升级出现的过程控制滞后失调问题,进行了系统分析,找出了系统近似数学模型,以可编程调节器(XMPA7000)为控制平台,应用Smith预估补偿方法对控制系统进行了纯滞后处理,结果系统稳定性不够理想。又对Smith预估补偿结构进行改进,采用自适应纯滞后补偿控制方法,系统可以适应被控对象的变化,自动调节PID增益,得到了较高的控制品质,较好地解决了20T电弧炉升级过程中控制滞后问题。
The electric arc furnace capacity upgrade for emerging process control disorders lag issues, the systematic analysis is conducted to identify the approximate mathematical model of the system. Taken the programmable regulator (XMPAT000) as control platform, Smith estimation compensation method to deal with pure lag is applied to the control system, the results of system stability less than ideal. Smith also expected to improve the compensation structure, the use of adaptive time delay compensation control method, the system can adapt to changes in the object, the automatic adjustment of PID gain control by the higher quality, the control lag problem in process of 20T EAF upgrade has been better resolved.
