摘要
在变包角板形测量系统中,无辊环式板形辊上的传感器受力状态与包角大小有直接关系。为了得到准确的板形测量值,通过研究分析接触式无辊环板形辊的板形检测原理以及传感器在带钢张力作用下的受力状态,结合某冷轧生产线的设备安装条件,推导出了实时变包角情况下板形测量值的表达式。经现场应用表明,该模型完全适用于无辊环式板形辊的变包角板形测量系统,提高了冷轧带钢板形控制的精度,为冷轧板带生产实现精确的板形控制提供了条件。
In varying wrap angle flatness measurement system,the value of wrap angle has a direct influence on the stressed state of transducers.In accordance with the equipment configuration condition on the site,a calculation model of flatness measurement was developed by analysis of the measuring principle of a contact shapemeter roll that has a solid roll body and the stressed state of transducers caused by strip stress.The practical applications show that this model can be utilized in a flatness measurement system whose wrap angle is variable.At the same time,the model provides a basis for flatness control and the cold rolled strip with better flatness can be obtained.
