摘要
劳动定额是衡量劳动成果与贡献大小的科学尺度,在生产实践中起着重要作用。经过煤矿生产的实践工作,根据需求,开发了矿井劳动定额软件。系统采用C/S架构,主要由定额数据管理,条件设置,报表生成模块等组成。经投入使用,较好地实现了系统要求,显著降低了核算劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
The efficiency of labor is the measurement of labor＇s contribution, which is useful in mass production. The paper designs the software of measurement of labor based on coal-mine production. The software is composed of the efficieency of data management, conditions configuration, the module of generating reports and so on, which is based on C/S framework. Meanwhile, this system could reduce computing intensity of labour, and improves efficiency of labor.
