摘要
研究了快速凝固Al-Ti合金的宏观滑动磨损和微观磨粒磨损性能.结果表明,随第二相颗粒体积分数的增大及颗粒尺寸的减小,合金的耐磨性提高.当颗粒尺寸一定时,合金的耐磨性随第二相颗粒体积分数的增大呈线性提高.由于载荷的增加使显微切削的发生几率变大,因此第二相颗粒体积分数对Al-Ti合金耐磨性的改善程度随施加载荷的增加而减小.
Dry sliding wear and microscopic wear of rapidly solidified Al Ti alloy were investigated. It was found that the wear resistance of Al Ti alloy increased with increasing volume fraction and decreasing particle size of the second phase. At given particle size, the wear resistance was directly proportional to the particle volume fraction. However, the positive effects of the second phase to the wear resistance of Al Ti alloy were retarded owing to the increased possibility of micro cutting at higher applied normal load.
