With the development of network technology ,more and more campus networks accede to Internet.As a major school infrastructure, campus network plays an irreplaceable role in school teaching, research, management and foreign exchange, which shows that the sceurity situation in campus network has a direct impact on school efficiency. The paper presents the application of firewall technology in the construction of campus network security.
