摘要
作为一种集快速凝固、半固态加工和近终成形加工于一体的新型材料制备方法,喷射沉积技术已经应用到模具的快速加工。模具中的细节特征可以不用机加工而直接喷射沉积形成,不仅节约成本而且加快了新产品开发速度。介绍了快速喷射沉积技术的原理、工艺流程及重要的工艺参数,结合热锻模具的损坏形式及性能要求,分析了喷射沉积H13模具钢的性能组织特点以及对热模锻工艺的适用性。
Rapid spray forming technology has been used for rapid producing molds and dies. This approach combines rapid solidification processing and net-shape materials processing in a single step. The ability of the sprayed deposit to capture features of the tool pattern eliminates costly machining operations in conventional mold making and reduces turnaround time. The hot die rapid spray forming technology, including the priciple, process flow and process parameters relations is introduced. The material properties and microstructure transformation of spray-formed H13 tool steel are described in viewpoint of hot die forging application.
