介绍了塑料模的特点，分析了塑料模的组成及制作工艺过程，所制塑料模（芯盒）可用于自硬树脂砂和油砂制芯工艺。
The character of plastic pattern was presented. Its composite and making process were analyzed. The plastic pattern （core box） can be used in core making process for self-hardening sand and oil-bonded sand.
