摘要
研究了两种能应用于水下湿法焊接的缓冷方法。一种是利用在焊道两侧和背部紧压橡皮代替粘贴橡皮的方法,两者效果基本相同;另一种是利用一简单装置,通过焊接加热使装置内的水汽化,从而减慢焊道和热影响区与水的热交换,并采用氧化铁型焊条施焊,可基本上防止冷裂纹。
Two methods for reducing cooling rate during underwater wet welding are studied. One of them is to press rubber firmly on each side of the weld bead and on plate back surface replacing bonding. It s the another one that the water in self - devised simple unit is vapoured by welding heat input to lower heat exchange. Furthermore cold cracks will be avoided if iron oxide type electrode is used.
