三联术式治疗直肠脱垂28例疗效观察

Observation of the Therapeutic Efficacy of Trigeminal Surgical Procedure in the Treatment of Rectal Prolapse. Analysis of 28 Cases

为观察三联术式治疗直肠脱垂的临床疗效，对28例直肠脱垂（Ⅱ、Ⅲ度脱垂）患者全部采用直肠黏膜排列结扎术、直肠周围注射术、肛门环缩术三联术式治疗。患者均一次性治愈，平均疗程15．5d，术后随访6个月至1年无复发，无任何后遗症。结果表明，三联术式治疗直肠脱垂创伤小，痛苦小，安全可靠，疗效确切，复发率低。

The objective of the study was to observe the therapeutic outcome of the trigeminal surgical procedure in the treatment of rectal prolapse. Twenty eight patients with rectal prolapse（ Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree） underwent the trigeminal procedure： arranged ligation of rectal mucosa plus perianal injection plus anal tightening operation. Primary cure was achieved in all the 28 patients, the average treatment course was 15.5 days and there was no recurrence or sequela found during postoperative follow up of 0.5-1.0 year. It is concluded that this trigeminal procedure is less in surgical trauma and pain,safer in operation,better in therapeutic efficacy and lower in recurrence.
