PPH治疗老年痔病患者的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Therapeutic Efficacy of PPH in the Treatment of Senile Patients with Hemorrhoids

为总结吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗老年痔病患者的临床体会．回顾性分析PPH治疗62例Ⅲ，Ⅳ期老年痔病患苟的临床资料。结果显示．平均手术时间23min．平均住院时间6d。术后脱出肛门外的痔块囿缩有效率为100％。结果表明．PPH适用于老年痔痫患荷。

The objective of the study was to summarize the clinical experiences of PPH in the treatment of senile patients with hemorrhoids. The clinical data of 62 senile patients with hemorrhoids（ Ⅲ and Ⅳ-stages） were retrospectively analysed. Results showed that the average intraoperative time was 23 minutes, the average hospital stay was 6 days,and the retraction rate of the prolapsed hemorrhoids was 100%. It is concluded that PPH is suitable for the senile patients with hemorrhoids.
