摘要
在酸性介质中,高碘酸钾与显色剂DBOK-偶氮氯膦的退色反应,只有在痕量Ru(Ⅲ)的催化作用下才能实现,其退色度与Ru量具有良好的线性关系。作者研究其反应的最佳条件,建立了痕量Ru的催化分光光度分析法。检出限001μg/10ml,Ru002~020μg/10ml内符合比尔定律。此法简便准确,选择性较好,可用于贵金属精矿等样品中痕量Ru的测定。
The fading reaction of KIO 4 with DBOK-CPA in acid medium can be realized only under catalytic action of trace Ru(Ⅲ).There is better linear relationship between fading degree and Ru content.Authors have investigated the optimum condition of the reaction and established catalytic spectrophotometry of trace Ru.The detection limit is 0 01 μg/10ml and Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 02~0 20μg/10ml.The method offers the advantages of simple,accurate,and better selectivity,and has been applied to the determination of trace Ru in refined precious metals ores.
