在我国从“人力资源大国”向“人力资源强国”转变的过程中,农村教育应该承担起培养新农村建设主力军的使命。作为农村教育的一个侧面,农村中学语文教育如何提高教育教学的质量,如何走出一条有农村特色的教育教学改革之路?李元昌进行的四轮长达13年的教学改革实践,为我们提供了不少启示。
