摘要
道德成长是教师教育不能丢弃的伦理维度。教师教育中的技能主义、专业主义遗弃了教师职业的道德根性与教育的道德指向性。道德成长进入教师教育具有理论上的内在可能性与实践运行的可行性。它是教师确证生命价值、提升教育品质、成就人生幸福的德性基础和基本担保。
Moral growth is an ethical dimension which can＇t be lost in teacher education. The technological and specialized doctrine leaves out moral foundation of teacher profession and the moral guide of education radically, Moral development of teacher education has theoretical possibility and feasibility of practical operation.
