摘要
近几年来,从适应新一轮基础教育课程改革的需要出发,借鉴国际经验,我国师范院校对教师教育课程设置进行了大幅度的调整。对15所师范大学汉语言文学专业(师范)本科人才培养计划及其他师范院校的教师教育改革方案或本科人才培养计划,进行分析研究后可以看出,近年来师范院校教师教育课程改革,体现了教师专业化发展的改革导向,突出了与基础教育的联系,带动了教师培养模式的调整。这既适应了当前基础教育和教师教育的发展趋势,也符合国际教师教育课程改革发展的潮流。但教师教育课程设置要达到科学、规范、合理的目标,道路还很漫长。
In Russia, the students' achievement assessment mainly include knowledge, skill, morality and development attached with detailed standards, which involves the assessment on the learning process and results. The above experience of Russian tell us that students' achievement assessment is a long-term task, which will take several cycles of time to investigate and study to make out a scientific and practical assessment standard. At the same time, when designing the standards, we need to know whether we should consider students' two levels of development, their current level and potential development level, whether we will enlarge the groups of research staff, whether we will pay attention to each student's different psychological level due to his different family and social backgrounds, whether we will design the standards to fit for the rural and under-developed areas of our country.
