摘要 包芯线技术是把欲加合金加工成粉,用折叠咬口方式用带钢将合金粉剂包覆成密封性能好、又有一定刚度的包芯线,根据需要卷成一定重量的包芯线卷,由喂线机通过导管将包芯线插入浇包底部,使其在底部熔化以保证合金粉剂与金属液充分接触反应,提高合金的收得率。目前该技术主要用于钢液深脱硫、改变钢中夹杂物的形态、钢的微合金化及成分微调,铸造生产中对铁液的镁处理、合金化及孕育处理。 Abstract The alloy to be added is in powders which have been wrapped by steel band to form a cored wire with good property of air tight and certain rigidity.The cored wire coil of needed weight has been feeded by a device which delivers it through a conductor inserted into the bottom of ladle to make powders melt in the bottom and contacted steel melt perfectly to react for a higher yield of alloy.This is a technique mainly used in deep desulfuration of steel,modification of inclusion,micro alloying and micro adjustment,Mg treatment of iron in foundry as well as alloying and inoculation.
