New forging process for fuel injector bodies of diesel engines

对柴油机喷油器体锻件锻造工艺的国内外情况进行了概述；介绍了楔横轧精密制坯—立锻成形工艺；并对各种锻造工艺进行了综合比较。

The forging processes for fuel injector bodies of diesel engines at home and abroad were introduced in this paper. A new precise forming process, preforming with cross wedge rolling and final forming with vertical close die forging was presented. The comparison between new process and traditional process was made in detail.
