The differences between the two constructions do not depend entirely upon the lexical items but chiefly upon the constructions themselves. The comparative study of ＂X natailde？＂ and ＂narlaide X？＂ can indicate that every so called ＂transformational form＂ has different diseourse function and even different meanings.
