摘要 壁厚分布对薄壁构件的结构性能有重要影响。本文研究超塑成形件壁厚分布的预测技术,实现了超塑成形过程的有限元数值模拟和成形件厚度分布曲线的自动预测,以半球壳和矩形盒成形为例,对自由胀形和约束胀形两种情形成形件厚度变化进行了分析,预测结构与实验数据吻合。 The thickness distribution has important influence on the structure performance of components with thin wall. The technique to predict the thickness distribution of thin components formed by superplastic bulging is studied in this paper. The process of superplastic forming can be simulated numerically by finite element method and the thickness distribution of components can be automatically predicted. The thickness variation of components, which include hemisphere and rectangle pan formed by free and restrained bulging especially, are analyzed and calculated. The predicting results and experiment data accord well together.
