本文主要收集整理出了钢的力学性能及热处理工艺经验公式73个。实践证明，所列公式具有计算方便、实用性能、可靠性能、误差率小（≤±10％）的优点。应用经验公式，可以为机械零件技术设计和制定热处理工艺规范，提供重要的参考依据，是建立钢的力学性能及热处理柔性系统（FCM）数据库的首要前期工作之一。

This paper collects seventy three empirical formulas of mechanical properties of steels and heat treatment processing. It proved to be convenient in calculation, good at practicality and reliability, little of error rate (≤±10% ). It provided important reference for design machine element and making heat treatment specification and it's one of the primary works in setting up mechanical properties and heat treatment flexibility system data bank.
