履带板感应加热调质工艺及设备研究

Study on Technology and Equipment of Quenching and Tempering by Induction Heating of the Caterpiller Plate

推土机履带板采用感应加热调质处理取代传统的箱式炉（或连续式炉）进行调质处理，达到国际同行业先进水平，促进我国感应加热工艺在异形工件上的应用，还为降低能源消耗，提高制造质量，扩大生产能力开辟了新的途径。

Replacing traditional heating in chamber furnace(or continuous furnace) by induction heating, we have quenched and tempered the caterpiller plate of bulldozer,tbus making not only heat treatment technology and equipment of the caterpiller plate attain advanced world level,but also promoting the application of induction heating to special-shaped work-pieces, and developing new way so as to reduce energy consume, improve quality of product,and expand productivity.
