摘要
现代护理学在整体护理,临床实践中,心理护理的位置越来越重要,尤其是对于晚期癌症病人而言。笔者结合多年临备床癌症护理经验和多年临床护理的教学实践经验,总结了晚期癌症病人各阶段心理特征和进行心理护理的必要性,同时针对现行临床护理教学中存在的问题,提出了护理学教学改革的一些值得思考的问题。
Mental nursing becomes more and more important in current nursing care,particularly terminal cancer patients. In the paper based on the clinical nursing experiences collected for years, the mental characteristics of all phases of terminal cancer patients and the necessary of mental nursing for them are discussed. Some suggestions about teaching reform are recommended in this article.
