摘要 本文就新近发现的Klotho、成纤维细胞生长因子-23及其基因表达与钙磷代谢调节相关研究进展进行综合分析,探寻上述两个细胞因子的生物学效应及其表达调节机制,以及它们在钙磷代谢调节中的相互作用机制以及与原发性骨质疏松症的关系。 This paper reviews the recent progressions of the related studies about relationship between klotho, fibroblast growth factor 23 and their genes expression and regulation of calcium and phosphorus metabolism. The project is aimed to achieve the following : ( 1 ) To explore the biological effects of two above - mentioned cell factors and regulatory mechanisms of their gene expression. (2) To explore their interaction mechanisms in the regulation of calcium and phosphorus metabolism. ( 3 ) To explore the association between two cell factors and primary osteoporosis.
