摘要
探讨了淬火及回火热处理对激冷铸铁白口层的显微组织与耐磨性的影响。结果表明,淬火可以使激冷铸铁的白口层获得以马氏体为主的显微组织,从而显著提高其耐磨性,且随淬火温度提高耐磨性先下降后又升高,低温回火基本不影响这一变化规律。
This paper discussed the influences of quenching and tempering on the microstructure and wear resistance of white layer of the chilled cast iron Results show that the quenching promotes the iron’s white layer to acquire the martensite,and for this,its wear resistance is obviously increased But with the increasing of quenching temperature wear resistance decreases firstly,then increases Additionally the low temperature tempering has no influences on this change law
