摘要
采用非线性等参元三维有限元算法(FEM)成功地模拟了形状复杂的零件淬火过程中瞬态温度场、相变、应力和应变,获得直观的立体图象。在预冷淬火、控时浸淬、双液淬火、淬火-自回火等复杂的淬火过程的模拟计算中用增量法处理非线性问题,并采用变时间步长算法,有助于取得较好的结果。借助计算机模拟制订出锚环淬火工艺规程,已在大批量生产中应用,收到了消除淬火裂纹和保证淬硬层深度的效果。
Three dimensional nonlinear and isoparameter FEM has been successfully used to simulate the transient temperature field,phase transformation,stress and strain of complex components during quenching.Visual stereo graphs can also be obtained.Incremental method has been used in the nonlinear simulation of such complicated quenching processes as delayed quenching,controlling the time for immersion in quenchant,double liquid quenching,quenching self tempering and etc.Its helpful to get good results by using un constant time step.Quenching technique of anchorring has been worked out by computer simulation and has been used in the large quantity production to avoid quenching crack and get the enough depth of quenched layer.
