摘要
目的分析广州地区尖锐湿疣(Condylomata acuminata,CA)患者人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的型别特点,为临床防治提供参考依据。方法采用"中国生殖器疣的多中心临床流行病学研究"课题组所制定的标准检测技术———通用引物聚合酶链反应(PCR)及基于序列分析的基因分型方法,检测HPV型别。结果经PCR扩增分析153份CA患者活检标本中,93例HPVDNA阳性(60.8%);PCR阳性标本中,75例成功分型;单一型别感染率为47.1%,复合型别感染率为2.0%;高危型HPV16检出24例(15.7%),低危型HPV6和HPV11型分别检出27例(17.6%)和24例(15.7%)。结论本地区CA患者HPV感染以单一型别及HPV6、HPV11和HPV16型为主;感染高峰集中于40岁以下的性活跃期人群。
Objective To detect and genetically type multiple human papilloma virus(HPV)from condyloma acuminata outpatients and genetic typing in Guangzhou area. Methods Standard detection techniques-PCR,RFLP and nucleofide sequencing were were used to detect and identify HPV genotypes from individual lesions. Results After PCR amplification,93 of 153 samples were positive for HPV DNA . The positive rates of single and multiple HPV types were 47.1% and 2.0% ,respectively. The infection rate of high risk HPV16 genotype was 15.7% ,while two low risk genotypes (HPV6,11) were 17.6% and 15.7% ,respectively. The mean age of condyloma acuminata patients infected with HPV6 was significantly lower than that with HPV11,HPV16,and HPV11+16. Conclusions HPV6,11 and 16 are the predominant genotypes for condyloma acuminata in Guangzhou area. The peak of HPV infection concentrates in sexually active population younger than 40 years old.
