摘要
目的 探讨厚街镇食物中毒的发生规律,为制定有效的食物中毒预防机制提供科学依据。方法对厚街镇2003~2008年的食物中毒资料按致病因素、场所、季节进行流行病学分析。结果2003—2008年厚街镇食物中毒的高发季节为第三季度,共8起,占总起数的42.1%;集体食堂是食物中毒的高发场所,占总起数的84.21%;引起食物中毒的主要原因是微生物性食物中毒,占总起教的52.63%;在动、植物性食物中毒中主要是食物加工不当。结论厚街镇食物中毒主要发生在集体食堂,必须加强集体食堂从业人员卫生知识培训,加强集体食堂管理是我镇预防食物中毒的关键。
Objective To analyze causes of food poisoning in Houjie Townhsip and provide the scientific basis for formulating preventive and control measures. Methods The causes of food poisoning,sites of occurrence and seasonal distribution in period of from 2003 to 2008 were epidemiologically analyzed. Results In Houjie Town,there 8 food poisoning accidents occurred in the third season of the year ,accounted for 42.1%. There 84.21% of the food poisoning accidents occurred in collective canteens and food poisoning acidnets were manly due to microorganisms contamination ( accounted for 52.63%),other causes were improper processing. Conclusion Food poisoning accidents mainly occurred in collective canteens in Houjie Township. Therefore effectrive measures including strnegthening training of workers engaged in food processing and maangement of canteens be taken to prevent food poisoning accidents from oocurrenee.
