摘要
以王集磷矿选矿厂正-反浮选工业试验数据为依据.利用回归分析方法建立了各单元选别作业的数学模型.统计检验和预测结果表明.建立的回归模型较好地拟合了工业试验数据,并能较准确地预测各单元选别作业的分选指标.在工业生产实践中.可用于指导药剂制度的确定和单元选别作业的操作.
On the basis of industrial test data obtained from Wangji Phosphorite Processing Plant, mathematical models for unit operations in a two-stage flotation circuit for Phosphouite ores are established by using regression analysis. Statistical tests show that the models fit in with the data. The results from the models can accurately predict separating performance of the tnt operations. The models can be used to determine the flotation agent system and direct the industrial operation.
