摘要
研究了非控电位与控电位下银精矿的硫脲浸出过程及其氰化浸出工艺,并通过化学物相分析查明银金精矿难浸的原因.结果表明:由于约50%的银包裹在黄铁矿等载体矿物中,采用硫脲或氰化浸出工艺前须对银精矿进行预处理;同时发现在银金比很大的情况下,银金矿中有机炭的“劫金”作用微弱.
Thiourea and cyaaide leaching of silver-gold concentrates in non-controlled and controlled potential solutions was investigated, and its refractory reasons were found out by chemical phase analysis of gold and silver. The results show that the concentrate must be pretreated prior to cyanidation or thiourea leaching because about 50% of silver was enclosed in pyrite and other host minerals. It is also found that 'preg-robbibg gold'reaction will become negligible in the case of large atom ratio of silver to gold.
