事件相关电位Nogo-N2波对抑郁症儿童执行功能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Nogo-N2 Components of Event Related Potential on Executive Functions in Children with Depression

摘要 目的探讨事件相关电位主成分Nogo-N2与执行功能间的关系。方法选择抑郁症患儿17例(病例组)和健康儿童18例(对照组)。应用丹迪Keypoint肌电-诱发电位仪,对2组儿童进行事件相关电位检测。受试者须对稀有声刺激执行按键反应(代表Go反应),对标准声刺激不执行按键反应(代表Nogo反应),从Nogo反应中获得Nogo-P300波形,Nogo-N2即出现于Nogo-P300波形中,对Nogo-N2的潜伏期、波幅进行比较。结果病例组Nogo-N2潜伏期、波幅分别为(277.00±17.91)ms、-(4.06±1.47)μV,对照组分别为(262.72±17.61)ms、-(7.26±1.61)μV,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=2.38、6.14,Pa<0.05)。结论Nogo-N2可反映与监控、抑制有关的执行功能。
