The bifidobacteria is the microorganism that is beneficial to the body. Cheese does provide the environment which can be conducive to the longterm survival of the bifidobacteria. This details introduces evolvement of research about the cheese added in the bifidobacteria and accurate method amounting the number of incorporation ofbifidobacteria in cheese.
