摘要
论述了用激光散射和透射光强比值来检测乳粉中蛋白质含量的可行性理论基础——Mie散射,并在此基础上研究设计了乳粉蛋白质检测模块。利用光敏二极管VTB5051,将光强度值转换为光敏二极管的短路电流值,并采用斩波稳零运放ICL7650进行前置端放大,最后用16位A/D转换芯片ADS1110进行数据采集。检测信号经过放大后的精度为±2mV,且检测模块的稳定性能可靠,为后续的进一步研究提供了便利。
This paper briefly discusses the feasibility of the theoretical basis-Mie scattering that uses laser scattering and transmitted light intensity ratio to detect the protein content in milk. On this basis, we research and design the milk protein detection module. We use photodiode VTBS051 to convert light intensity value to short-circuit current value of the photodiode, and use chopper-stabilized op-amp ICL7650 for front-end amplification, and then use 16-bit A/D conversion chip ADS1110 for data acquisition. The precision of the detected signal before magnify is ±2mV, and it's stability is fine. This study provides a follow-up to facilitate for the further study.
