摘要
针对早期煤气压力采集设备系统复杂,成本高,功耗大等缺点,提出了一种以单片机LPC938为主控器和A/D转换器,AT24C256作为存储数据,以红外接口作为与上位机的通讯接口来实现煤气压力采集设备的超低功耗低成本方案。同时在设计实现时又分别从软件和硬件上对功耗作出了优化,通过测试仪器测量正常工作电流和实际使用表明,在使用2000mA.h电池供电时即可使用半年以上,满足了对煤气压力数据的长时间自动采集功能的要求。
Aiming at the disadvantages of previous designs in gas pressure data collector, such as complicated system, high cost and big power consumption, this paper proposed a new ultra low power, low cost design, which is using LPC938 microchip as the core of the system and A/D converter, using AT24256data storage, and using the IR as the communication interface. At the same time, there are many software and hardware optimization to reduce the power comsuption. Both of the test results and practical using show, the device can work for as long as more than six months with 2000mA · h battery. So it can be used to automatically collect the gas pressure data for a long time.
