Method of automatically testing and diagnosing faults of long-range Phased-array radar

介绍了某远程相控阵雷达的自动化测试与诊断的实现方法,提出通过配备机内测试设备(BITE)和自动测试设备(ATE)来提高雷达的故障检测率和故障隔离率,通过该方法,提高了该雷达的自动化测试程度。自动化测试与诊断的工作方式分为在线检测和脱机测试两种,能将故障定位至最小可更换单元或一个模糊组。

A method of how to test and diagnose the fault of a Long-range Phased-array radar automatically is introduced in this paper. Equipping with Built-in test equipment and automatic test equipment to improve the fault detection rate and the fault isolation rate is proposed. The method improves the automatic test level of the radar greatly. The working mode of the automatic test and fault diagnosis system include on-line testing and off-line testing, which can isolate the fault to the minimum LRU or an ambiguity group.
