摘要
机械构件从安全到失效存在中间过渡状态,对于重要构件,需要考虑这种状态才更符合实际。基于模糊失效准则,给出了干涉变量服从正态分布以及失效过程服从3种不同隶属函数下的模糊可靠度评定方法。对于更为一般的情况,可采用数字仿真的方法来评定构件的模糊可靠度。计算结果表明,选用不同的隶属函数,对模糊可靠度影响不大;选用不同的模糊区间,对模糊可靠度影响较大;随着仿真次数的增加,模糊可靠度的准确度有所提高。
In practical, there is middle transition condition from safety to failure for mechanical components, thus it is necessary to consider this condition for important key component. Actual invalidation process of mechanical components was described by means of fuzzy membership func tion, and calculation methods of fuzzy reliability estimation were derived based on fuzzy invalida tion rule. Generally, digital simulation could be used to fuzzy reliability estimation of components. It is shown that: there is little influence for fuzzy reliability estimation resulting choosing different membership function; there is big influence for fuzzy reliability estimation resulting choosing different fuzzy interval; fuzzy reliability accuracy is increased with the simulation numher.
