为提高井下滑套开关位置控制的准确性和安全性,采用Abaqus软件的间接方法对井下滑阀卡簧定位力进行了分析,并将实例分析结果与实验室试验结果和理论计算结果进行了对比,结果表明,数值模拟计算结果与试验结果基本一致,计算结果可靠,卡簧定位效果良好,为卡簧的优化设计提供了依据。

In order to get the perfect C-Ring which fixed on the sliding sleeve, improving the accuracy and security of the tools downhole, the strained condition of the C-Ring was analyzed by the method of Abaqus, and then gave a design reference for the C-Ring. When compared with the result obtained from the laboratory, it is dependable.
