摘要
研究目的:专业技术职务任职资格评审是人力资源管理工作中的一项重要内容,本文意在对评审工作信息化系统研究从研发背景、目标、功能、特点等方面进行全面阐述。研究结论:该系统搭建了专业技术职务任职资格评审信息化管理平台,建立了专业技术职务任职资格评审条件量化标准数据库,规范了评审工作的标准化、程序化、智能化、网络化和电子化管理,对企业的技术人员管理进行优化控制和战略分析,从而为企业管理和决策提供支持。
