生态文明观下我国旅游公路建设的思考

Thoughts on the Construction of China's Tourist Highway under Ecological Civilization

生态文明的提出是社会进步的重要体现,是人类实现可持续发展的必然要求。文章以生态文明观为依据,科学界定了旅游公路的概念,回顾了我国旅游公路的建设实践历程。根据生态文明对旅游公路建设的要求,构建了旅游公路内部建设体系、外部"引景空间"和实施"保障体系"。在内部体系建设方面,坚持"以人为本",提出了景观融合、设施配套、服务提升等措施,追求人与自然、人与社会、人与人的和谐发展。

Ecological civilization is an important expression of social progress, and is a necessary requirement for sustainable development. Under ecological civilization, the article tries to probe into the definition of tourist highway, and generalizes the development practice. According to the requests made by ecological civilization, the paper constructs internal development system of tourist highway, external prelude space and security system. On the internal development system, it suggests that under people-oriented concept we should make positive efforts in landscape integration, service facilities and service upgrade to achieve harmonious development of man and nature, man and society, man and man.
