Influencing Factors on Management Performance of Expressway Construction Project

文章在对江西鹰瑞高速公路进行实地调研的基础上,从项目决策权与监督权分配的角度提出高速公路工程项目管理绩效影响因素指标体系,采用DEMATEL方法分析并优化该指标体系,从而分析出影响高速公路建设项目管理绩效的关键因素,为提高高速公路建设项目管理绩效提供依据。

Based on a field investigation in Jiangxi Ying-Rui expressway project, the paper proposes an index system of management performance influencing factors in expressway engineering project from the allocation of decision- making power and superintendence perspective, and with the method of DEMATEL, it analyzes and optimizes the index system to get the key factors of management performance in expressway project, and at last to provide the foundation for management performance improvement in expressway project.
