低碳城市建设背景下的苏南小城镇公共绿地与生态经济一体化设计——以常州市嘉泽镇镇区滨水公共绿地为例

Integrative Design of Public Green Space and Eco-economy in Small Town of South Jiangsu under the Construction of Low Carbon Eco-city

公共绿地具有承载居民休闲活动和自然生态功能的双重属性,是低碳生态城市发展中压缩能耗和吸收温室气体排放的主要手段之一。小城镇绿地系统规划,融合生态网络功能、产业发展以及创造城镇特色等因素进行一体化规划设计,是一个值得探索的课题。首先,小城镇公共绿地需要深化与延伸上一层次生态网络的格局,充分体现镇区在低碳建设区域分工中的生态职能;其次,镇区公共绿地必须与该板块农业产业布局相融合,实现清洁生产,发展生态经济。在嘉泽镇区公共绿地实践中,从构建网络化的绿地系统格局入手,通过产业化的经营思想和低碳生态化的布局手法进行滨水绿地设计,配以本地花卉苗木与景观小品,最终形成特色化的滨水公共绿地景观。

Public green space has a dual property： the resident＇s leisure activities and the main vector of natural ecological functions. It is one of the principal means to compress energy consumption and absorb greenhouse gas in a low-carbon eco-city development. Small town green space system planning, integration of functional ecological networks, industrial development and the creation of such factors as characteristics of cities and towns to conduct integrated planning and design, is a topic worth exploring. First of all, the small town public green space is necessary to deepen and extend the pattern of ecological networks of the previous level, and fully reflected the ecological functions of the township in the regional division of labor in low-carbon building. Secondly, the public green space of township must be relative to the layout of the plaque agricultural industry integration, to achieve clean production and eco-economic development. In the practice of public green space system planning of Jiaze township, we will start from building a network of green space system, and then accompanied by a local flower nursery and landscape sketch, design waterfront green space through the business ideas of industrialization and the layout of low-carbon eco-way, eventually forming characteristics of the waterfront public green landscape.
