久效磷和氧化乐果对楸螟的毒力测定

Determination on the toxicity of Monocrotophos and Omethoate on Omphisa plagialis Wileman

该文采用久效磷和氧化乐果对钻蛀性害虫楸螟ＯｍｐｈｉｓａｐｌａｇｉａｌｉｓＷｉｌｅｍａｎ的毒力测定，测得久效磷的ＬＤ５０为０．２１３８μｇ／ｇ、氧化乐果的ＬＤ５０为０．０１７７μｇ／ｇ，害虫对该两种农药均很敏感。并提出了采取计算的方法解决供试虫种发育不一致的问题。在计算检测结果时，采用减少两端数值权重的处理方法，提高了检测的精确度。

The LD 50 of Monocrotophos on Omphisa Plagialis is 0.2138 μg/g and that of Omethoate is 0.01777μg/g The pest is sensitive to both.The authers put forword a calculation method to solve the problem of different developement of insects for test.
