微波加湿润烧伤膏治疗宫颈糜烂150例临床分析

目的探讨微波加湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗宫颈糜烂的效果。方法回顾性分析2006年1月至2008年12月,150例Ⅱ～Ⅲ度宫颈糜烂的妇女采用微波加湿润烧伤膏治疗后的效果。结果治疗后1、2个月各复诊一次,Ⅱ度糜烂76例,Ⅲ度糜烂67例1月痊愈,其他2月痊愈,总治愈率100%,其中1月治愈率96%。结论微波加湿润烧伤膏治疗宫颈糜烂、治愈率高100%,术后阴道排液量少、时间短、出血时间短、量少无颈管狭窄、闭锁,且治疗后的宫颈具有正常宫颈的柔软质地和外观,无疤痕、安全、无痛、经济、方便,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of the treatment for cervical erosion by microwave with the MEBO. Methods Analyze 150 examples of Ⅱ-Ⅲdegree from January,2006-Deeember,2008. Results After the treatment patients have further consultation in one month or two months. Among the examples,76 of type Ⅱ and 67 of type Ⅲwere fully recovered in one month ; the rest were recovered in two months. The total curative ratio was 100%. And curative ratio 96% within Month . Conclusion The microwave with the MEBO has a good curative ratio of 100%. After the treatment, the vagina has little blood and the bleeding time is short, the cervical canal won＇ t be narrow and block. And after the treatment, the cervical will be normal. This kind of treating is safe, cheap,easy. It is worth promoting.
