丁咯地尔联合护理干预治疗椎基底动脉供血不足疗效观察

Effect of Buflomedil combined with nursing intervention therapy for vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency

目的观察丁咯地尔联合护理干预治疗椎基底动脉供血不足患者的临床疗效。方法将86例椎基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予丹参注射液静脉滴注,治疗组给予丁咯地尔注射液静脉滴注,联合护理干预治疗,疗程14d。分别观察2组治疗前后临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率95.34%,对照组有效率76.74%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丁咯地尔联合护理干预治疗椎基地动脉供血不足疗效显著。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Buflomedil combined with nursing intervention therapy for vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency. Methods 86 patients were randomly divided into a research group and a control group（43 in each） . The control group was treated with Salvia injection, while the research group was treated with Buflomedil combined with nursing intervention. Curative effects was compare at the end of 14 days. Results Efficiency in research group was 95.34% and 76.74% in control group. Efficacy was significant between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Buflomedil combined with nursing intervention therapy for vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency is safe and effeetive.
