TCD在脑血管痉挛早期诊断及治疗中的作用 被引量:3

Prospective study on the role of the TCD in diagnosing and treating traumatic cerebral vasospasm

摘要 目的探讨TCD对脑血管痉挛发生时机、持续时间及其对预后的影响诊断的准确性。方法对140例颅脑损伤患者早期行TCD检查并与DSA进行比较,分析TCD检测脑血管痉挛的准确性。结果血管痉挛对应的颅内动脉血流速度异常者共119例,异常率为85%,其中轻度痉挛的异常率为53%,中度痉挛异常率为40%,重症痉挛的异常率为4%。结论TCD检测无创伤,与DSA有较好的一致性,对脑血管痉挛做早期诊断的精确性高: Objective To investigate the accuracy of occurrence, duration and its impact on the prognosis of TCD in cerebral vasospasm. Methods We examined 140 patients who suffered traumatic brain injury by TCD early, and head DSA were compared with analysis of TCD detection of cerebral vasospasm traumatic accuracy. Results There were 119 cases whose vasospasm were corresponds to the abnormal speed of the intracranial arterial blood flow, 85 % was abnormal, of which the abnormal rate of mild spasm was 53 %, abnormal rate of moderate spasm was 40%, the abnormal rate of severe spasm was 4%. Conclusion TCD detection was non-invasive, and consistent with DSA, its accuracy on the early diagnosis of traumatic cerebral vascular spasm was great.
