地方志资料包括入志和未入志的资料,依照《地方志工作条例》的规定,资料收存与管理十分重要。作者从地方志资料的收存范围、地方志资料的分类与整理、地方志资料的开发利用以及地方志编纂制度、队伍建设几个方面作了论述。

Materials of Local Records comprise the part which has be put into the Records and another part which has not included in the Records.It's very important to collect and manage the materials according to Regulations on the Work of Local Records.The author has given his remarks on the scope of materials collection,their classification and treatment,their exploitation and utilization,the regime of compilation and team building.
