火针与放血方法临床运用情况的医师调查问卷分析

Investigation on clinical application of therapies of fire-needle and bloodletting among acupuncturists by questionnaire

目的了解火针与放血方法的临床运用情况。方法采取抽样调查的方法,就火针与放血方法临床运用情况,对北京地区16家医院的针灸科医师进行问卷调查,并进行统计分析。结果23.0%的针灸医师经常使用火针方法,44.3%的针灸医师经常使用放血方法。结论火针与放血方法临床运用情况不够普遍,需进一步寻找原因,予以解决。

Objective To investigate the application of therapies of fire-needle and bloodletting in clinic. Method The sampling survey was carried out by questionnaire to investigate the clinical application of therapies of fire-needle and bloodletting by aeupuneturists from 16 hospitals in Beijing. The outcomes were calculated and analysed. Result Among the acupuncturists 23.0% of them often used the therapy of fire-needle, and 44.3% of them used the therapy of bloodletting frequently. Conclusion It is not common that the therapies of fire-needle and bloodletting are used in clinic, and it is necessary to find out the cause.
