急性有机磷农药中毒合并酒精戒断综合征16例治疗体会 被引量：1

摘要 目的提高对急性有机磷农药中毒（AOPP）合并酒精戒断综合征病例的认识。方法对本院收治的16例AOPP合并酒精戒断综合征病例进行分析和治疗总结。结果识别AOPP合并酒精戒断综合征后，在合理把握阿托品和复能剂治疗剂量的基础上，予反复适量镇静剂治疗，均于7～15d治愈出院。结论酒精戒断症状与AOPP治疗中阿托品剂量不足或过量引起的症状相似，需仔细鉴别，以免误治。
