Springback analysis and compensation for cold stamping parts with hat cross sections

摘要 为解决帽形截面冲压件的回弹问题,通过理论分析,给出了凸模圆角半径对回弹影响的计算公式,并进行了数值模拟,对反弯曲回弹补偿方案的主要参数进行了模拟计算。以某型地铁碳钢车帽形截面侧立柱为典型件,运用回弹分析结果及反弯曲补偿方案进行了工艺与模具的优化设计。成形试验结果表明,试验件截面回弹得到了有效控制,消除了截面开口量过大的成形缺陷。 Springback occurs when stamping parts with hat cross sections. The influence of the punch radius on the springback was modeled theoretically and by numerical simulations. The main parameters for the reverse bending springback compensation are simulated. A side pillar for a subway car with a hat cross section was taken as a typical part with the process and die optimized by the springback analysis result and reverse bending springback compensation. Experiment results show that the cross section springback is effectively controlled and the defect of enlarged cross section width is eliminated.
