摘要
随钻测量单元是水平定向钻进导向系统的关键组成部分,解算出正确的姿态信息是实现导向的前提。描述了利用3轴加速度计和3轴磁阻传感器测量钻具倾角、方位角和工具面向角等姿态信息的方法,并推导出相应的计算公式。针对测量过程中存在的温度和正交误差源,给出了相应的误差补偿方法;针对钻具干扰磁场和地磁倾角、地磁偏角对方位角测量引入的误差,详细分析了补偿原理,建立了补偿模型。误差实验结果表明,该补偿方法可以提高姿态测量的精度。
Measurements of the drill bit attitude during drilling are the key for steering of horizontal directional drilling. An approach was developed to determine the inclination, the azimuth, and the roll using three mutually orthogonal accelerometers and magnetometers. The system includes compensation for the temperature error and the orthogonal error. Error compensation is also included to compensate for the azimuthal error due to the magnetic field interference generated by the drill which affects determination of the geomagnetic inclination and geomagnetic declinations. Test results show that these methods significantly improve the attitude measurement precision.
