摘要
研究了用乙醇回流的方法提取银杏黄酮，不同提取时间与所测得的黄酮含量之间的关系。结果表明：当提取时间达到8h时，所测值可以作为黄酮含量测定的标准值。
The article is about the method of using methanol eddy to extract flavonoids from Ginkgo biloba,and the relation between deferent extracting time and content of measured flavonoids from Ginkgo biloba. The measured result can serve as the standard content of flavonoids in Ginkgo biloba if it has been extracted for 8 hours.
