双低油菜胞质雄性不育系宁A6的遗传及利用研究 被引量:9

Inheritance of Double Low Cytoplasmic Male Sterile Line “Ning A6” And Its Utilization in Rapeseed (Brassica napus L. )Breeding

摘要 双低油菜胞质雄性不育系“宁A6”是以甘蓝型油菜双高雄性不育系“MICMS”为基础材料,采用双低油菜中间品系为轮回亲本,应用“育性、品质同步筛选法”转育而成。双低品质性状及不育性状的质核互作效应遗传性稳定。酯酶同工酶分析表明,宁A6与“宁B6”具有稳定的异质同核性,宁A6多出酶带(Rf为0.19和0.84)来源于不育细胞质。“宁R1”及其F1亦含有各自的特征酶带。遗传试验证明,宁A6的育性受1对显性主效恢复基因控制。“宁杂系列”双低杂交油菜强优势组合的育成,有效地协调了优质与高产的矛盾,显示出较大的增产潜力。“宁杂1号”通过省级审定投入生产,后备组合“杂7”、“杂9”“杂3”等在1996~1997年度各级中间试验中产量均居首位。 Ning A6”,a double low(low erucic,low glucosinolate)cytoplasmic male sterile(CMS) line of rapeseed was bred from the double high B.napus CMS(MICMS) with the so called“synchro selection method”,i.e. selecting for fertility and quality at the same generation,after a consecutive backcross with double low lines.The double low traits and male sterility of Ning A6 are stable.Results of esterase isozymes analysis showed that Ning A6 and its maintainer line “Ning B6” had the same nuclear genetic background and different cytoplasm.Two extra bands(Rf=0 19 and Rf=0 84)having been found in Ning A6 might come from the sterile cytoplasm.Restorer line “Ning R1”and F 1 hybrid both showed their own specific bands.Results of these studies indicatied that the restoring gene(s) of the male sterility line of Ning A6 were a pair of dominant gene.“Ningza family” characterized with double low quality could effectively solve the contradiction of high quality and high yield potential.“Ningza No. 1” had been put in large scale of production in Jiangsu Province.The other reserved hybrids“Za 7”,“Za 9”and “Za 3”all performed the highest yield in different tests in 1997.
